摘要: Until some 20 years ago, radiologic examination meant plain film radiography, with the occasional addition of tomography, or conventional radiography contrast medium—angiography, myelography, arthrography, intravenous urography, and barium gastrointestinal tract. During last technologic developments utmost importance have taken place. There been refinements examination, low kilovoltage xeroradiography. The introduction ultrasonography computed tomography (CT) has allowed a revolution in diagnostic workup many conditions. information provided by scintimetry using radioactive isotopes also improved considerably, mainly due to explosive development computer technique. Finally, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), still its infancy, provides new dimension arsenal.
