摘要: The World Wide Web has become a ubiquitous information source and communication channel. With such an extensive user population, it is imperative to understand how web users view different pages. Based on eye tracking study of 30 subjects 22 pages from 11 popular sites, this research intends explore the determinants ocular behavior single page: whether determined by individual differences subjects, types order being viewed, or task at hand. results indicate that gender viewing page, interaction between page site type influences online behavior. Task instruction did not significantly affect Scanpath analysis revealed complexity design degree scanpath variation among same page. contributions limitations research, future directions are discussed.
