摘要: An advanced device structure using doped blue dual emitting layers (EMLs) and an undoped orange EML is developed for achieving white organic light-emitting diodes. The optimized a single species both emission shows peak power efficiency of 60 lm W−1 high color stability over the entire operation process due to aligned energy levels facilitated charge transport. Quantitative analysis working mechanism performed provide explanation performance device. It found that exciton transporting behavior can be finely tuned between different regions, therefore spectrum are improved systematically.
