摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter explains the respiratory gas exchange in animals during exposure to extreme ambient pressures. It presents an experiment which animals, with permanently implanted electrodes, were compressed O 2 –H atmosphere 29 atm abs average P I o of 0.43 atm. The goats then once more 81 abs, they tolerated well beginning. After about 38 h, however, same animal began a generalized trembling anew, and it was decided decompress 71 more. 6 h at this pressure, animal's condition did not improve despite raising 0.55 first data obtained from experiments being carried out –Ar mixture seem correlate those –He mixture. results lower according ratio molecular weights both inert gases. If existence change alveolar capillary diffusion is assumed, logical suppose that can be found amplified hematoencephalic barrier or cellular level.
