摘要: This chapter presents an overview of the human immune system and potential role it plays in immunologic treatment SCCHN cancers. More specifically, examines significance both innate antibody formation introduction bioengineered monoclonal antibodies, how they interact. Further, this discusses these tools may be improved upon to more successfully address, potentially clear various forms Initially, we study mechanisms, immunotherapy, immunogenicity, antibodies within reaction antigens targeted toxins. Secondly, describe development, production, biochemical biomechanical behavior pathways. Third, present current most commonly used therapy, such as; cetuximab trastuzumab, possible drug pathways being considered for future development use SCCHN. Fourth, review molecular combination therapies, developing use, conjugates bispecific antibodies. The final portion our discussion explores probable directions immunotherapeutic applications including; nanomaterials, biophysics mass transport/oncophysics across biological barriers, cancer stem cell research.
