摘要: This article evaluates the determinants of absorption performance European Union Member States with regard to Regional Development Fund's (ERDF) 2000–06 programming period. Theoretically grounded in Europeanization research and studies regional governance, empirical analysis concentrates on ERDF 25 at end period 2008. The results Tobit models show a positive relationship between government capacity. estimation findings also demonstrate that new generally had higher rates than old States. Furthermore, high income levels were less likely maximize their allocations. Finally, there is some support for hypothesis fiscal decentralization has negative impact performance.
