摘要: ACUTE cerebellar ataxia occurring during the expected reaction time following vaccination with measles virus vaccine, live, attenuated (Edmonston B) without γ-globulin is documented in this communication. Review of literature disclosed no similar cases. Available virologic studies and sequence disorder strongly suggest that acute was caused or precipitated by vaccine. Report a Case On March 30, 1965, 2-year-l-month-old white girl who had experienced unusual problems growth development received Edmonston B vaccine (Lyovac Rubeovax), y-globulin, manner prescribed manufacturer, subcutaneously outer aspect upper arm. The been properly stored, reconstituted, administered according to manufacturer's instructions as given on product circular. No immediate untoward reactions were child. seventh day vaccination, mother noticed
