Determinants of patient adherence: a review of systematic reviews

摘要: Purpose: A number of potential determinants medication non-adherence has been described so far. However, heterogenic quality existing publications poses the need for use rigorous methodology in building a list such determinants. The purpose this study was systematic review current research on patient adherence grounds recently agreed European consensus taxonomy and terminology. Methods: MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, IPA, PsycINFO were systematically searched reviews published between 2000/01/01 2009/12/31 that provided to medication. searches limited papers having prescribed by health professionals outpatient as major topic. Results: 51 included review, covering 19 different disease categories.
