摘要: This study compared the effect of two functional fermented milks with simple and complex probiotic mixtures on microbiota some immune system functions healthy adults children. The yogurt, containing Lactobacillus casei other strains lactobacilli bifidobacteria, only L. casei, were administered daily to volunteers (41 36 children) for a period 4 weeks. Microbiological molecular analyses faecal samples indicated that product induced larger increase in lactic acid bacteria number, product, without significant alterations autochthonous species composition. Of strains, showed best survival rate faeces. influences both products similar, NK activity proliferative response Candida albicans secretory-IgA children saliva, indicating immunomodulating properties probably supported by common traits products.
