摘要: Methods to determine lead and cadmium at the low mug/kg-level in milk were investigated. tested differential-pulse anodic-stripping voltammetry (DPASV) flameless atomic-absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS). Under circumstances which these methods used, analytical procedure based on DPASV was most sensitive, with an estimated detection limit of about 0.2 mug/1 for liquid milk. The pretreatment samples before DPASV-analysis included: freeze-drying, ashing a muffle furnance 550 degree C finally dissolution ash 0.1 M-hydrochloric acid. recoveries known amounts added 95 59%, respectively. A survey contents Swedish manket performed. This investigation showed that average content market 2.0 mug/1, standard deviation 0.5 mug/1. below all analyzed.
