摘要: The solution of voltage violations in each hourly scenario the Spanish electricity market must consider: (a) connection off-line units (considering active and reactive power injection effect); (b) adjustment control resources (generator voltages, transformer taps shunt reactors capacitors) (c) preventive under occurrence postulated contingencies. This is second part a two-part paper. Part I has analyzed complexity eliminating proposing simple methodology that includes following steps: contingency analysis, decoupled for daily-coupled violations. In addition, described mathematical formulation set mixed-integer optimization algorithms designed to obtain market.
