摘要: Abstract The band structures of the doubly-odd nucleus 116 I have been studied by using in-beam γ -ray spectroscopy with 103 Rh( 16 O, 3n) reaction at an energy E lab =80 MeV. beam was provided 12UD tandem accelerator University Tsukuba. Absolute excitation energies for observed collective bands except a based on π (h 11/2 ) ν (g 7/2 configuration definitely determined. positive-parity rotational is built 8 + level 874.3 keV and exhibits spin inversion below =14ℏ. A new vibration-like − 468.5 keV has identified can be interpreted as resulting from coupled to Te core vibration. A negative-parity 14 2547.6 keV shows structure terminates its collectivity 24 6215.0 keV. total Routhian surface calculations suggest noncollective oblate state β 2 =0.182 =60° fully aligned six-quasiparticle, [h ] [g ], this level. 7 isomer T 1/2 =3.27 μs found 430.4 keV.
