摘要: The development and hatching of Ancylostoma ceylanicum tubaeforme eggs in a range potentially inimical solutions has been examined using time-lapse video micro-recording techniques. In all compounds tested the larvae developed to active pretzel stage. inception activity resulted an increase shell permeability water small molecules. anthelmintics molecular weight (Mr) 400 continued normally until about time that control hatched, when there was marked decrease larval eclosion did not occur. addition low Mr surface-active agent potentiated effect anthelmintic caused be lost earlier. calcium inhibitor lanthanum chloride affected rather than eclosion. Large affect either or results suggest egg-shell may act as form sieve, allowing essential oxygen reach developing larva while excluding large dangerous No appreciable differences were found between two species hookworm examined.
