摘要: In this paper, a robust bi-level decision-making framework is presented for distributed generation (DG) owning retailers to supply the electricity price-sensitive customers. Uncertainties about client demand and wholesale prices are main difficulties faced by retailer. Clients can adjust their consumption according retailer's selling price. A higher price increases retailers' profit but decreases consumption. Hence, retailer faces tradeoff between sales. proposed model, optimal energy-supply strategy modeled in lower sub-problem. According price, energy of clients determined upper To evaluate financial risk arising from uncertain prices, Information Gap Decision Theory (IGDT) approach addressed Additionally, risk-based optimization problem formulated risk-averse risk-taker via robustness opportunity functions, respectively. The solution against variations evaluated such that associated will be more than acceptable threshold. efficiency performance analyzed case study, numerical results discussed.
