摘要: Cell suspension cultures of Cinchona succirubra were cultivated in shake and for the first time airlift fermenters. Under both conditions L-tryptophan exerts a stimulatory effect on alkaloid formation. In this context regulatory pattern some shikimate pathway enzymes was investigated non-supplemented tryptophan supplemented cell cultures. A remarkable increase decarboxylase (TDC) activity observed cells under influence tryptophan. Apparently, like other indole producing cultures, high TDC is prerequisite Growth enzyme activities C. fermenter at controlled non-regulated pH levels followed. Optimum growth formation recorded (normal) conditions.
