摘要: OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of flavonoids from seed residue and fruit Hippophae rhamnoides L. (FSH FFH) on glycometabolism in mice. METHOD: The healthy male mice were randomly divided into control group, three FSH treatment groups FFH groups. FSH(50, 100, 150 mg/kg) (50, given intragastorically(i.g.). At same time, group physiological saline. levels serum glucose, cholesterol determined when it lasted 7 14 days. After 16 days glyconeogenesis test was made liver glycogen analyzed. RESULT: triglyceride significantly reduced by high dose FFH. glyconegenesis also obviously inhibited CONCLUSION: can decrease blood glucose lipid normal mice, may be related to glyconeogenesis.
