摘要: This study aimed to estimate the prevalence of gastrointestinal nematodes and intensity infection in grazing dairy cattle from small medium-sized farms southern Poland. The level antibodies against Ostertagia ostertagi bulk tank milk (BTM) animals was also assessed. Rectal fecal samples collected 361 cows on 20 were examined using Willis-Schlaaf flotation McMaster method. BTM tested for presence O. ELISA. Multiplex PCR used identify third-stage larvae (L3) derived culture pooled sampled farms. Gastrointestinal nematode eggs found 18 herds with a range 20.4 94.5%. average number excreted feces 200 per gram (EPG). Antibodies (100%), which 6 had optical density ratios (ODR) greater than 0.5. results showed three species: ostertagi, Cooperia oncophora Oesophagostomum radiatum.
