摘要: The interlayer exchange coupling in several Co/Ru multilayers and bilayers prepared by sputtering has been investigated from magnetization ferromagnetic resonance experiments. hysteresis loops have discussed detail, particularly regarding their dependence on the number of layers effect an easy axis direction perpendicular to film plane. Ferromagnetic as well antiferromagnetic strengths determined extended range Ru thicknesses up 44 \AA{}. analysis yields oscillatory magnetic a function thickness having period approximately 12 peak-to-peak-distance found be smaller at thinner indicating preasymptotic or multiperiodic behavior coupling. envelope was decrease, initially ${\mathit{t}}_{\mathrm{Ru}}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}2}$ but considerably faster above 20 latter is terms mean-free-path effects Fermi surface smearing both which are active result structural defects finite measuring temperatures.
