摘要: Illumination of air-free aqueous solutions containing sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone) and poly(vinyl alcohol) with 350 nm light results in benzophenone ketyl radicals the polyketone. The polymer form a quantum yield 0.02 decay second-order rate constant 6 orders magnitude lower than that typical α-hydroxy radicals. Evidence is presented polymeric reduce Ag+, Cu2+, AuCl4- to metal particles nanometer dimensions.
