摘要: Energetic composite materials are very important in military purpose and building explosion but, the role of polymer binder interfaces has been little reported. Here, we prepared energetic composites consisting aluminum (Al), iron oxide (Fe2O3) polymer, as fuel, oxidizer binder, respectively. Two different methods, i.e. physical mixing compression molding were employed to form blended powder film, The use partially fluorinated such poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) resulted large improvement exothermic energy compared that hydrocarbon poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP), representing fluorocarbon groups actively involved reaction PVDF acts an well binder. Furthermore, Al/Fe2O3/PVDF film by exhibited much higher than powder, indicating importance intimate contact property for release. Open image new window
