摘要: Hydrogen oxidation in soil was measured at low (1 ppmv) and high (300 H2 concentrations to distinguish between the activities of abiontic hydrogenases Knallgas bacteria, respectively. The two also showed distinctly different pH optima, temperature apparent activation energies. optima for hydrogenase were similar situ, i.e., 8 an slightly alkaline garden (pH 7.3) 5 acidic cambisol 4.6–5.4).
