摘要: With temperature profiles during the thermal strengthening process determined in part 1, distribution of stresses for central area, near edges and holes glass plates are calculated numerically with help a finite-element-simulation (THERVO PRO) which models formation temper time. Comparison existing experimental data area (zone 1) shows very good correspondence numerical results. For zone 2 (edge), at about distance d away from edge, somewhat reduced surface compression due to membrane is observed. At 3 (corner) found parallel edge surfaces, since equilibrium requirements there no thermally induced stress perpendicular surfaces. In general, corner three-dimensional as well around 4 (hole). The hole cone has certain difference compared cylindrical hole: it does not have reduction tangential some on side.
