摘要: In clean surgery (Altemeier Class I), the incidence of infections is not increased by placement prosthetic material. Prosthetic mesh occur more frequently and are serious in ventral incisional repair than inguinal hernia repair. While removal resolves infectious problem, it creates other problems that equally difficult. This underscores need to: explore conservative treatment options; end, these often feasible; respect implement strict measures to prevent infection.
