摘要: Detailed understanding of habitat associations endangered species is essential for the development sound conservation and management plans. We assessed seasonal requirement a poorly known forest ungulate, Chinese goral Naemorhedus griseus, in Tangjiahe National Reserve, western China from December 2005 to November 2006. Transect surveys were conducted across elevational range mountains locate droppings traces left by gorals as indicators their use. The results showed that appeared at sites with lower slope position closer road winter than those two other seasons. At same time, summer, found stands steep degree compared spring.
