摘要: Vehicular Ad hoc Network (VANET), a subclass of mobile ad networks (MANETs), is promising approach for the intelligent transportation system (ITS). The design routing protocols in VANETs important and necessary issue support smart ITS. key difference VANET MANET special mobility pattern rapidly changeable topology. It not effectively applied existing MANETs into VANETs. In this investigation, we mainly survey new results VANET. We introduce unicast protocol, multicast geocast mobicast broadcast protocol. observed that carry-and-forward consideration designing all With multi-hop forwarding techniques, min-delay delay-bounded are discussed Besides, temporary network fragmentation problem storm further considered caused by topology influence on performance data transmissions. seriously affects successful rate message delivery challenge to overcome these problems provide with low communication delay, overhead, time complexity. challenges perspectives finally discussed.
