摘要: AIM: To discuss the clinical value of CT three-dimensional (3-D) imaging in diagnosing gastrointestinal tract diseases. METHODS: Three-D findings 52 patients were retrospectively analyzed. methods included shaded surface display (SSD), volume rendering (VR), virtual endoscopy (VE) and multiplanar reformatting (MPR). The diagnosis results 3-D evaluated by comparison with those and/or surgical finding. RESULTS: Fifty-two diseases diagnosed imaging, whom 50 cases correctly 2 misdiagnosed. There 33 gastric (27 carcinoma, 5 peptic ulcer 1 leiomyoma) 19 large intestinal (10 colon carcinoma rectum, polypus tuberculosis ileocecal junction). Twenty-two prominent lesions (9 subsequent hollow lesions), 20 stenosis cavity (8 concomitant lesions) 10 (5 shown images. minimal lesion was 1.0 cm × 0.8 0.5 cm. CONCLUSION: a non-invasive examination without pain, can clearly directly accurate location high accuracy. It is an important complementary technique to endoscopy.
