摘要: Entomopathogenic nematodes (EPNs) have been used in biological control but improvement is needed to realize their full potential for broader application agriculture. Some improvements gained through selective breeding and the isolation of additional species populations. Having genomic sequences at least six EPNs opens possibility genetic improvement, either by facilitating selection candidate genes hypothesis-driven studies gene–trait relations or genomics-assisted desirable traits. However, data will be limited use without a more mechanistic understanding underlying traits that are important control. Additionally, molecular tools required fully translate resources into further functional better
