摘要: Abstract In this research work, Ag– TiO2 thin films were deposited on microscope glass slides by spray pyrolysis and thermal vacuum evaporation combination techniques. The effect of substrate temperature silver doping crystal structure, surface morphology, hydrophilicity, hydrophobicity, optical properties the prepared layers investigated various techniques such as XRD, AFM, SEM, photoluminescence spectroscopy. results show root mean square roughness deviation pure decreased water contact angle increased with increasing well thickness in visible range. On other hand, hydrophilicity nature Ag–TiO2 raised increase time UV radiation. absorption due to collective oscillation free electrons small noble nanoparticles. attained indicate that increases doping, because radiated photon was trapped nanoparticles so absorption. Anatase phase dominant crystalline all samples which is best photo catalyst self-cleaning applications.
