摘要: Abstract The increase in wind energy penetration is creating a wide range of technical problems power networks. Reactive Power Planning one these crucial issues which entails all the necessary planning actions to improve voltage profile as well stability On whole, ultimate aim reactive could be addressed resolution an optimization problem, multiobjective techniques emerge good alternatives fulfil several goals simultaneously. Among above mentioned, genetic algorithms stand out because their speed calculation and simplicity. An existing 140-bus system used validate performance effectiveness proposed method where farms FACTS units are optimally located.
