摘要: A study of vertical distribution dinoflagellate cysts in recent sediments was conducted for the first time Far Eastern seas Russia. Dinoflagellate were studied sediment cores retrieved from five stations Amur Bay (Peter Great Bay, Sea Japan) 2010 and 2013. The Scrippsiella trochoidea complex dominant type cyst, average proportion which (in entire cores) reached 39% total cyst abundance. maximum abundance S. 5513 g⁻¹ dry sediment. Cysts found to remain viable after exposure sub-zero temperatures. identification Russia confirmed by using biomolecular genetic analyses. showed that this species dominate upper layers (0–10 cm). tendency increase shore toward middle part bay observed spatial cysts.
