摘要: To reveal the relative synonymous codon usage and base composition variation in bacteriophages, six mycobacteriophages were used as a model system here both parameters these phages their host bacteria, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, have been determined compared. As expected for GC-rich genomes, there are predominantly G C ending codons all 6 phages. Both N_{c} plot correspondence analysis on indicate that mutation bias translation selection influences Further indicates among Che9c, Bxz1 TM4 may be extremely virulent nature most of genes high efficiency. Based our data we suggest above three expressed rapidly by host's machinery. The information might to select tuberculosis suitable phage therapy.
