摘要: Abstract Ethylene is a plant hormone that regulates diverse set of developmental and physiological processes including seed germination, abscission, senescence. Molecular genetic analysis ethylene signaling in Arabidopsis thaliana , has led to the identification number loci are required for normal responses. Cloning several mutant provided significant insight into nature pathway. The Raf kinase homolog CTR1 predicted negatively regulate response pathway through MAP cascade. ETR1 been demonstrated bind ethylene, family homologous genes encode products may function receptor complex. EIN3 three gene contain protein motifs reminiscent transcription factors, transduce signal downstream. Additional defined by ein2, ein5/ain1, ein6 ein7 mutations, mutations defining tissue-specific mediators responses have also identified. In this review, different ethylene-related their considered detail, possible models manner which functions proposed.
