摘要: Abstract The reformation of naphtha to obtain valuable chemical intermediates such as BTX has attracted much attention. Here we report a novel catalytic process whereby bimetallic heterogeneous catalyst in the form Zn-Pt/HZSM-5 is applied flow reactor system reform complex feed under methane environment. Different levels acidity HZSM-5 support are tested with superior performance witnessed using SiO 2 :Al O 3 ratio at 80. Further testing conducted Zn dehydrogenating component improved when loaded certain degree. A metal promoter then combined compare effect different promoters Ga and Pt Zn. selectivity yield reported 86.44% 34.22% respectively catalyst. External site coverage improves for all catalysts exception Zn-Pt/HZSM-5, suggesting that might not promote migration functions internal pores during synthesis. XRD spectra demonstrate addition results more intact crystal structure after reaction compared alone·NH -TPD DRIFT analyses show reduced amount strong acidic sites upon loading an increase number Lewis acid Bronsted sites. This change could be one reasons employed. also over selectivity, (BTX liquid) active dispersion nitrogen environment, possible incorporation into products, particular. Ultimately, employed here opens avenue further research industrial application aromatization products
