摘要: Upon first thought it might appear unlikely that a coherent paradigm concerning the hormonal regulation of insect metamorphosis could be developed from study established cell lines. However, during past 5 years potential usefulness such lines has been forcefully demonstrated in number laboratories (Courgeon, 1972, 1975; Cherbas et al., 1977; Maroy 1978; Chang 1980). It seems appropriate prior to detailed discussion recent data obtained use two obvious questions answered. What advantages does offer and what types are represented presently populations?
