摘要: Water model experiments were carried out to investigate the bubble behavior in cylindrical and square vessels under centric mechanical stirring. The vessel was investigated detail by using a high-speed camera record transient images of bubbles. An image analysis software used obtain diameter. results showed that stirring suitable for breakage dispersion bubbles, but not vessel. Increasing impeller blade length rotation speed beneficial disintegrate disperse bubbles widely. diameter decreased with increase Weber number increased slightly modified Froude number. dimensionless correlation equation obtained dimensional method.
