Stability Analysis for Memristive Recurrent Neural Network Under Different External Stimulus

摘要: Memristor is the fourth missing element. This paper discusses dynmacis memristive recurrent neural network with memristors as synapses. Firstly, it analyzes variation property of memristance under different external inputs memristor simulation model. It concludes that will be stable at one value if direction voltage not changed and varying periodically variable voltage. Next, presents model gives local attractive region, sufficient condition for periodic source. At last, an illustrative example given verifying our result.
