摘要: Thyroid hormones are a good example of the shift in emphasis that has taken place last five years work on action hormones. Until few ago, most were considered to act by modifying rates enzymes directly concerned with ultimate biological effects (Tepperman and Tepperman, 1960), whereas it is now accepted may controlling synthesis specific cell constituents. My own feeling same hormone at different doses or systems can many ways. This certainly true thyroid which have an immediate catabolic toxic effect acting level mitochondria but also slow under other conditions they control rate It this manifested growth development target I shall be dealing paper.
