Therapeutic approaches to HS HSA depend on the stage disease include surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy. Such interventions improve outcome; however, aside from a small number clinical circumstances, diseases considered largely incurable. Continued efforts toward identification driver mutations subsequent druggable targets lead improvements long-term prognosis.
