摘要: Fixation of the graft during anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery has been subject numerous technical innovations but still remains a challenge. This article describes novel technique fixation for hamstring tendon reconstruction: Cage For One system (Sacimex, Aix-en-Provence, France). The uses only semitendinosus tendon, which is looped to create 4-strand graft. Leaving gracilis intact probably reduces loss knee flexion strength. indirectly anchored into both tunnels with polyetheretherketone cages by use polyethylene terephthalate tape strips. Both and strips are magnetic resonance imaging compatible do not artifacts. drilled an outside-in method minimal incisions. type creates 360° bone contact at 1.5 cm in each tunnel double-bundle reconstruction. easy-to-use produces strong while harvesting leaving reduce strength preserve rotatory stability knee. It immediate solid that independent integration early postoperative period, allowing patient start rehabilitation without brace.
