摘要: Monozygous twins with pure gonadal dysgenesis and associated gonadoblastoma are presented. There were no signs of Turner's syndrome chromosome analysis revealed a 44A-XY karyotype. The literature regarding is reviewed. association between tumors abnormalities differentiation emphasized.
