摘要: Spermatogenesis begins with spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs), which are located in the basement membrane of adult testes. Previous studies have described specific biomarkers for undifferentiated porcine spermatogonia or SSCs; however, these markers not sufficient to understand spermatogenesis at different developmental stages. The objective this study was characterize expression DEAD-Box polypeptide 4 (DDX4, also known as VASA) and tyrosine-protein kinase kit (c-kit), potential male germ testis. In testis tissue prepubertal stages (5, 30, 60 days), DDX4 c-kit protein detected most spermatogonia, express gene product 9.5 (PGP9.5). However, tissues from pubertal postpubertal (90, 120, 150 were PGP9.5-positive spermatogonia. pattern similar that testes, DDX4-expressing on lumenal side, compared synaptonemal complex 3-positive primary spermatocytes, but DDX-4 co-expressed acrosin, a acrosome marker. addition, PGP9.5-expressing SSCs culture. Based our results, we suggest putative While testis, they differentiated spermatocytes. These findings may facilitate future spermatogenesis.
