摘要: In this paper, an approximately incremental dynamic analysis (IDA) is presented for seismic performance assessment of arch dams. The nonlinear dams involves the effects contraction joint opening, cracking concrete and foundation radiation damping. Three damage measures, i.e. maximum depth on dam–foundation interface extent in upper portion dam, associated with IDA curves are suggested to identify levels Dagangshan dam (210 m high) under construction China used as case study.
