摘要: Analysis of shoot meristem shape and gene expression pattern has been conducted in many species over the past decades. Recent live imaging techniques have allowed an unprecedented accumulation data on biology meristematic cells, as well a better understanding molecular biophysical mechanisms behind changes this tissue. Here we describe detail how to prepare apices both Arabidopsis tomato, order image them time using confocal microscope equipped with long-distance water-dipping lens.
