摘要: The sympathetic nervous system plays an important role in cardiovascular physiology. Both SPECT with MIBG and PET can be used to visualize the innervation of heart abnormalities caused by, for example, ischemia, failure, arrhythmogenic disorders. Furthermore, cardiac neuronal imaging allows early detection autonomic neuropathy diabetes mellitus. Although is widely available technically less demanding than PET, latter has advantages. achieve high spatial temporal resolution, as well absolute quantification, a noninvasive manner. It also provide wide range different radiolabeled catecholamines, catecholamine analogs, receptor ligands. should noted, however, that most experience been obtained MIBG.
