摘要: The ternary composites of 1,4-cis polybutadiene rubbers (BR), styrene–butadiene rubber (SBR), and natural (NR) foams containing chemical blowing agents Oxybis (benzene sulfonyl) hydrazide (OBSH) were prepared by two-stage compression molding technique with various precured degrees. Foam force rheometer indicated that the cure rate was match foaming at degree 30%, which time maximum earlier only 14 s than rate. SEM presented number cell denser 30% those other average size declined, wall thickness became thicker, distribution narrower just as increasing. results crosslinking density measured equilibrium swelling in good agreement magnetism resonance spectrometer measurement, increased degrees increased. Differential scanning calorimeter showed each curve exhibits two steps heat capacity for BR/SBR/NR foams. With further increase degrees, groups Tgs all shift to higher temperature, area melting peak decreased gradually between −20°C −40°C. TGA demonstrated obtained better thermal stability non-precured high polymeric mechanical properties such tensile strength, tear elongation break. inflection points density, hardness appeared 30%.
