摘要: In the past, various models including autoimmunity model have been proposed to explain pathogenesis of periodontal diseases. The aim this review is introduce pathogenic role anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies (ANCAs) in autoimmune diseases and compare these conditions with disease elucidate common mechanisms. Also, a novel based on concept ANCA-associated proposed. This encompasses wide array biochemical mediators that range from direct indirect initiators ANCA production eventual release proinflammatory free radicals, all which implicated tissue destruction past. addition, specific links between typical are discussed. Finally, new paradigm disease-associated includes currently accepted mechanism, namely, genetic-microbial-host interactions.
