摘要: Ten-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were injected ip with cadmium chloride solution in a single dose of 0, 0.5, or 1.0 mg/kg body wt. At 4, 24, 48, and 72 hr after injection, testes the animals perfusion fixed, embedded plastic, sectioned. Tissue sections stained examined under light microscope. These amounts did not result visible vascular lesion testes. However, at 1 mg/kg, treatment resulted failure spermiation from stage IX through later stages spermatogenesis seminiferous epithelium. Detailed statistical analysis revealed failed 24 dosing. As exposure time increased, was observed increasing frequency within an affected stage, seen as well. Testes treated 0.5 showed no change frequencies tubules having unreleased spermatids when compared to controls. There difference between all groups results indicate that rat tubules, without discernible surrounding endothelium. We conclude begins act during early VIII induce spermiation, action is spermatogenic stage-specific.
