摘要: A BODIPY-based fluorescent probe, HCSe, has been successfully developed for the rapid detection of hypochlorous acid based on specific HOCl-promoted oxidation diphenyl selenide in response to amount HOCl. Confocal fluorescence microscopy imaging using RAW264.7 cells showed that new probe HCSe could be used as an effective detecting HOCl living cells.
