摘要: Abstract It is possible to create value with less environmental impact through the adoption of Lean and Green manufacturing concepts tools. This paper proposes a Lean-Green model based on application Single Minute Exchange Die (SMED) combined Carbon Footprint (CF) analyze eco-efficiency machining center in case study Brazil. The novelty this was proposal ecoefficiency indicators measure performance production systems toward cleaner production. developed should be used by companies low-capacity due restrictions machine availability. organized five different scenarios varying tools, workers workpieces. First, SMED tool applied setup activities gains reduced idle times were up 88%. CF results 81% after applying each scenario. Lastly, an set combine CF, 3% higher even values converting saved time into productive time. To achieve such simple improvements performed center, standardization work methods for activities, showing that proposed could also adopted other impact.
