摘要: Over the past twenty years there has been a growing interest in application of total quality management (TQM) as philosophy for directing teaching and learning activities taking place business classroom. While educators administrators have attracted to possible benefits TQM, they questioned whether TQM can deliver same classroom that it able setting.
